I love Telekom. I really do. My internet is not working since yesterday. So I called the hotline today and they told me that it was probably due to a thunderstorm and that I should take the router and go to the next T-Punkt shop to have it checked. So I did. The friendly lady in the shop told me that she absolutey cannot do that. And that they are writing faxes every week to tell the hotline not to repeat this false information. Mmh. I was not very pleased, but then I remembered that there is fantastic snack bar nearby with W-Lan and after having had a delicious hamburger with French fries at Schmackes (they also have Schnitzel, Sauerbraten, Rouladen, Schweinshaxen, … check the daily menue here) I am now able to read my emails.
