I have just discovered a great blog called: “Waging a War on Anti-Americanism”. You bet I like that title!
The blog is run by an American and so I am waiting for the first stupid anti-American to tell me : We knew it, Karin, Americans ARE warmongers! ;-)

In my blog, I discuss Anti-Americanism, moderate politics, political extremism, the sub-cultures that exist around the world, prejudice, anthropology, health, science, medicine, crime news, psychology, and try to debunk myths.
I’m taking up a new challenge these days, and am enthusiastic to tackle many of the misconceptions revolved around the US and it’s people. Anti-Americanism, which is predominantly expressed by the Canadians, is the new form of “acceptable prejudice”. If you replace “fucking Americans” with another nationality, creed, or race, it would be frowned upon. Many Americans and those elsewhere living in the world (including Canadians themselves) are unaware how commonplace Anti-Americanism has become.
I leave linkage and blog entries with the intent to give perspective and balance to what I find to be extreme and exaggerated. My goal is to offer reasonable arguments without hurting those Canadians who aren’t part of the “hate by default” Anti-American Crusade. You will know if I’m talking to YOU or not. (…)
